Unlike a one-off document check, INC Ride is designed to build a long-term history for your car, so we do keep the data you submit: your email address (for login), the cars you add, and each receipt photo along with the date, fuel amount, price, and any other details extracted from it. This is necessary for the product to work, since your fuel history is the product.
When you upload a receipt, the photo is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to extract the date, fuel amount, price, and similar details. The photo is then stored securely on our servers so it remains attached to that entry as supporting evidence, for example if you want to show a buyer proof behind a logged fill-up.
Your fuel history and receipts are private to your account by default. If you generate a shareable link for a car (to show a prospective buyer its usage history), anyone with that link can view the fill-up log for that car. It does not include your email address or other account details.
You can delete individual entries or an entire car (which removes its receipts and history) at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.
Anthropic (Claude API) for reading receipt data from photos, and Resend for sending login emails. Neither is given access to your account beyond what's needed to perform that specific task.

The two Google Analytics cookies above are only set if you accept cookies in the banner or via Cookie Settings in the footer. If you reject or have not yet chosen, they are never set. INC Ride does not set any advertising cookies.
